For a soft, natural look, 1-2 bundle is enough —
but for that plush, full boho finish Velour is known for, we recommend 3-4 bundles.

The amount of bundles you’ll need depends on length, fullness, and style type.
Longer boho looks, like butt-length or thigh-length styles, require more hair to maintain volume from root to ends. When the style is longer, the hair stretches further down, meaning more bundles are needed to keep it thick, full, and consistent throughout.
Shorter or mid-length styles naturally use less hair, as there’s less distance for the curls to fall and fill out — perfect for a lighter, natural look.
Our bundle suggestions are made to guide you toward the best results, but every client’s preference is unique.

Return & Refund Policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products and their high demand, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Appointment Policy
Please allow 10–14 business days for processing.
To ensure hair is available for your service, please purchase bundles 10–12 days prior to your appointment.
If you’re unable to purchase in time or forget, please contact me no later than 7 days before your appointment to secure hair availability due to high demand.
At checkout, select Pick Up and note your appointment date in the cart. Your hair will be prepared and ready at your appointment.

If the item is available on hand, please allow up to 4 hours for your order to be prepared.
• Ready in 4 Hours: On-hand items require up to 4 hours to prepare.
• Order & Payment: Orders must be paid in full before scheduling pickup.
• Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed before 12 PM qualify for same-day pickup. Orders placed after 12 PM will be ready the next business day.
• Verification Required: Bring a valid photo ID or your order number for pickup.
• Appointment Window: Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
• Changes or Cancellations: Notify us at least 2 hours prior for any pickup adjustments.
